1) Service provider

2) Scope of the service

EyeballMonitor provides technical monitoring of Internet visibility and availability through real browsers, ISP and mobile networks, screenshots, metadata, alerts and incident timelines. The monitoring points, frequency, retention period, service levels and price are defined in the selected plan, proposal or individual agreement.

3) Permitted purposes and rights to monitored resources

You may request checks only for resources that you own, are authorised to monitor or otherwise have a lawful interest in monitoring. Illegal purposes, circumvention of security controls, load-generating attacks, extraction of protected third-party data and actions that may harm the system or third parties are prohibited.

4) Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, safeguarding your access credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. Access may be temporarily restricted in cases of abuse, security risk, overdue payment or necessary technical maintenance.

5) Results and evidence

Results reflect observations from a specific location, network, browser and point in time. They support diagnosis, escalation and analysis but do not constitute legal expert evidence or a guarantee that the resource was equally accessible from every network and device.

6) Availability and external dependencies

The service depends on Internet operators, hosting providers, DNS, CDNs, browsers and other external systems. Planned maintenance and unexpected interruptions may occur. Where a specific SLA has been agreed, its terms take precedence over general information published on the website.

7) Payment and termination

Prices, billing periods, included resources and payment methods are defined in the applicable plan or proposal. Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the applicable agreement; amounts already due remain payable.

8) Privacy and intellectual property

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. EyeballMonitor software, design, trademarks and content are protected by applicable law. Customer data and evidence are used only to provide and protect the contracted service.

9) Governing law and contact

The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply unless a mandatory legal provision or individual agreement requires otherwise. Questions and notices should be sent to [email protected].
