1) Data controller

2) Personal data we process

When you request a demo, we process the name, business email, company, telephone number, website, selected plan, requested monitoring points, check frequency and free-text message you provide. For security and abuse prevention, we also process IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps, session data and anti-spam signals. When the service is active, we process the technical data required to perform the agreed checks and retain monitoring evidence.

3) Purposes and legal bases

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide and support the service, protect our systems, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. The applicable legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in securing and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations and consent where applicable.

4) Recipients and external services

Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers required for hosting, email, security, anti-spam protection and technical measurement. The public website uses WebCount.bg and IPT.bg for technical analytics and may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, applicable contractual and legal safeguards are used.

5) Retention periods

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary for communication, preparation of a proposal and related legal obligations. Anti-abuse records are limited to the necessary technical period. For paid services, the retention of service data, screenshots and metadata is determined by the selected plan, the contract and applicable statutory periods.

6) Cookies and technical identifiers

The website uses an essential session cookie for security, authentication and CSRF protection. WebCount.bg and IPT.bg load only after you explicitly allow analytics cookies. If allowed, they may process standard technical visit data according to their own settings and policies. Your choice is stored in an essential consent cookie for up to 12 months. You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie settings button in the footer. After refusal, analytics scripts will not load the next time a page is opened.

7) Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

8) Security
